TRADING PARTY

You asked, and now we’re making it happen for the first time ever! We’ll be hosting a PIN + PATCH TRADING PARTY outside of the venue doors on the day of the show 🎉 There’ll be two assigned tables outdoors for guests to trade pins & patches within three different time windows!

Please note all of the details below:

⏰ Trading times: 11am-12pm, 1-2pm & 3-4pm

RULES:

• Trade ONLY, selling is not allowed (we do not permit any monetary transactions outside of the venue as per our insurance and venue policies. Violating this rule will result in immediate removal from the trading party, and may result in a permanent ban from future events.)

• You may only trade enamel pins and patches.

• Each person must place the pins and patches that they wish to trade within ONE sectioned area on the table ONLY.

• As it will take place outside of the venue, the trading party is weather permitting. In case of rain or strong winds, all trading will be stopped or postponed.

• PIN + PATCH SHOW is not responsible for any trades, damages, or loss of items. Trades will NOT be monitored or managed by show staff — we are simply providing our guests with a time/place for trades to occur. Guests will be responsible for initiating and carrying out all trades. Please trade at your own risk and with your discretion, and be kind and courteous to all guests.
