When/Where is upcoming event?

The 2026 PIN + PATCH SHOW will be happening on Saturday, September 19th from 10 AM - 5 PM at The Parkdale Hall, located at 1605 Queen St West in Toronto, Ontario.

Is the venue accessible?

Yes! There is a ramp to the entrance and the entire venue is on one main floor, including washrooms. If you have any additional requests, please email us at least one week before the event date so we can properly accommodate your needs. We do not have full access to emails/messages 48 hours prior to the event day. Click here to learn more about our venue.

Will there be a wait time to get into the show?

While it’s impossible for us to predict attendee turnouts in advance of each show, in the past there have been lineups starting around 8:30am. Because of this, we recommend purchasing a VIP ticket or going a bit later in the day (however, popular items might sell out) if you'd like to avoid waiting.

Is there an entry fee?

General admission for shoppers is FREE! You can also purchase VIP tickets for guaranteed timed entry (skip the lineup!) plus fun perks.

Can I leave anything behind the counter while I shop?

You are responsible for all of your personal belongings. If you would like to put anything aside upon your entry, please speak to our staff and we will do our best to accommodate, but we will not be monitoring anything left onsite. Any and all items you bring into the venue will be at your complete discretion. Anything that is left behind will be given to the property manager of Parkdale Hall and you must contact them for any inquiries.

What do I get with a VIP ticket?

As a VIP ticket holder, you'll get guaranteed timed entry to the show (skip the lineup!), re-entry for the rest of the show, plus bonus merch! For details, please see our VIP ticket page. (Children 12 years old and under can enter for free if they are accompanied by an adult VIP ticket holder)

How do I get a swag bag?

Swag bags are not included with VIP Tickets. These are paper gift bags that will be filled with donations from our sponsors and vendors on the morning of the show, so we do not know what will be inside. Items could include greeting cards, postcards, stickers, washi tape, pencils, and anything that the exhibitors are able to provide to our guests.

We will be giving out swag bags to the first 50 people (ages 10+) in line for the show. One swag bag will be given to each person (ages 10+) starting at 9:45 AM that has waited fairly in line. Please do not hold a spot for anyone else and be courteous to others. We reserve the right to refuse entry and swag bags to anyone that is not being respectful.

Again, there is NO LINE CUTTING allowed. You cannot hold a spot for others, they will have to go to the back of the line. From past shows, the queue typically starts to form around 8:00 AM, but this varies each time.

Are pets allowed inside the venue?

ONLY registered and authorized leashed service animals are permitted inside the venue - as long as the pet owner is responsible for any messes and cleans up where necessary.

What payment options will vendors be accepting?

This varies based on the exhibitors’ preferences. Most vendors and sponsors will be accepting cash, while the majority will accept credit/debit payments. Physical cards are encouraged to avoid mobile connection errors. There is an ATM onsite. Please also search for your nearest bank.

VENDOR APPLICATIONS

Further info is detailed on the application form.

How can I apply?

Vendor applications for the 2026 show closed on April 20th. All applicants will be contacted 2-3 weeks after this date to let them know their status. For more updates on vendor calls, please be sure to follow us on Instagram!

Are there any requirements for applicants?

In order to be considered for the show, all applicants MUST have a minimum of 10 enamel pins and/or patch designs for sale at the time of their application. The applicant must also be the artist/designer of their items, as we do not accept resellers into the show. In addition, none of the applicant's artwork can infringe upon anyone else's copyright/trademark (this includes characters, logos, artwork, and other intellectual property). Any applicants found to be using AI-generated images or artwork will be disqualified from taking part in the show. Please refer to the application form for any additional requirements.

Can I sell items other than pins or patches at the show?

Pins/patches must make up at least 50% of what is displayed for sale at your table, while the rest of your merchandise can be non-pin/patch items (including but not limited to: stationery, prints, charms, tote bags, etc). The event is focused on pins and patches and that's what customers will expect when coming to our shows!

I have fewer than 10 pins/patches right now. Can I still submit a vendor application?

At this time, we ask that you do not apply if you do not meet the minimum requirements. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding!

I make acrylic/wood/clay pins. Can I still apply to the show?
In order to be considered for the show, you must have a minimum of 10 enamel pins (or patches). Other types of pins are not to be included in the number. Acrylic, wood, clay or other non-enamel pins are welcome to be sold at the show, however they would only be allowed in addition to the 10 enamel pin/patch requirement.

Do you accept vendors who sell fan art?

As with previous years, we aim to keep original art as the focus of the show. If your work features reproductions/copies of someone else’s intellectual property (e.g. logos, characters, artwork, stills from movies/tv, etc) then unfortunately it cannot be accepted into the show. However, if your work takes some inspiration from a specific fandom or references it in some way without actually infringing upon it, then your application may be considered for the show. Direct tracings are strictly prohibited.
