We’re back for our fourth annual show featuring dozens of pin and patch vendors from Toronto, across Canada, and around the world!
As always, general admission is free, and swag bags will be offered to the first 50 people in line. We’ll also be selling special VIP TICKETS that grant you early access to the show (no lineups!), along with some other fun perks.
Our venue, Toronto Media Arts Centre, is located at
32 Lisgar St, and is easily accessible by TTC.
501 Queen streetcar: Get off at Abell Street (just west of Dovercourt), then head south through Lisgar Park.
504 King streetcar: Get off at Sudbury Street, and then head north/west along Sudbury to Lisgar Street.
From Ossington Station: Take the 63 Bus south, get off at Queen Street and walk west towards Lisgar Street
How can I apply?
Vendor applications for the 2020 show are coming soon! If you're interested in taking part in a future show, please be sure to follow us on Instagram for news about any upcoming vendor calls.
Are there any requirements for applicants?
All applicants must have a minimum of 15 enamel pin and/or patch designs for sale at the time of their application. The applicant must also be the artist/designer of their items, as we do not accept resellers into the show.
What do I get with a VIP ticket?
As a VIP ticket holder, you'll get early entry at 11am (one hour before doors open for general admission), two FREE pins (one from queenie's cards, and one from Sparkle Collective) and re-entry during the entirety of the show from 12pm-6pm. I bought multiple VIP tickets, are they transferable?
As long as the ticket buyer is present with the individual ticket holders, you and your group will be allowed VIP entry. Tickets are non-transferable meaning there are no pass backs and they are one-time use only per person.
How can I get a swag bag?
Swag bags will be given to the first 50 people in our general admission line. Click here for all the details on how to get a swag bag.
Does having a VIP ticket guarantee that I'll get a swag bag?
No, VIP entry and swag bags are two separate things. If you have a VIP ticket and would like a swag bag, you'll still need to be one of the first 50 people in the general admission line. Please view our swag bag info page for more details.
Is the venue accessible?
Yes, the Toronto Media Arts Centre is fully accessible. Click here to read more about how they strive to create a space that is accessible to everyone.
Will there be a wait time to get into the show?
While it’s impossible for us to predict attendee turnouts in advance of the show, we've found that our new, larger venue has helped alleviate the long lineup issues that we encountered at our previous venues. Additionally, we recommend going a bit later in the day or purchasing a VIP ticket if you'd like to avoid lineups.
What payment options will vendors be accepting?
This varies from vendor to vendor, and is based on their personal preference. We assume that all vendors will be accepting cash, while some will be also be accepting credit/debit payments.

Who manages this event?
The Pin + Patch Show is hosted by Sparkle Collective and queenie's cards.
It started off as a small pin and patch summer party with their friends and has since evolved into an annual show with over 50 vendors! We are currently working on the next event, so please stay tuned for updates!
