2020 Event Details
We’re back for our fourth annual show featuring 50+ pin and patch vendors from Toronto, across Canada, and around the world!
General admission is FREE, and swag bags will be offered to the first 50 people in line. VIP TICKETS will be available for purchase again this year, which grants you early admission to the show (no lineup!), front-of-the-line access for the day, along with other fun perks.
Our venue, Toronto Media Arts Centre, is located at
32 Lisgar St, and is easily accessible by TTC.
501 Queen streetcar: Get off at Abell Street (just west of Dovercourt), then head south through Lisgar Park.
504 King streetcar: Get off at Sudbury Street, and then head north/west along Sudbury to Lisgar Street.
From Ossington Station: Take the 63 Bus south, get off at Queen Street and walk west towards Lisgar Street
How can I apply?
Vendor applications for the 2020 show are now open, and you can find the application form by clicking here. Please note that if you've already applied to the show earlier this year, your previous application will be carried over and you do not need to reapply.
Are there any requirements for applicants?
All applicants must have a minimum of 15 pin and/or patch designs for sale at the time of their application. The applicant must also be the artist/designer of their items, as we do not accept resellers into the show.
If I'm accepted as a vendor, can I share a table with a friend?
If you'd like to share a table with another artist, you must both submit separate vendor applications (the minimum requirements must still be met for each individual applicant). Please note that you must both select the same room preference on your application (or both select that you have no room preference), otherwise we will be unable to place you together. If you are both accepted into the show, please send us a message as soon as possible to let us know that you'd like to be placed together.
Is the venue accessible?
Yes, the Toronto Media Arts Centre is fully accessible with an elevator at the front entrance. Click here to read more about how they strive to create a space that is accessible to everyone.
What do I get with a VIP ticket?
As a VIP ticket holder, you'll get early entry one hour before doors open for general admission, re-entry during the entirety of the show, and more surprises to come! For more details on pricing and to purchase tickets, please see our VIP ticket page
Will there be a wait time for shoppers to get into the show?
While it’s impossible for us to predict attendee turnouts in advance of the show, we've found that our new, larger venue has helped alleviate the long lineup issues that we encountered at our previous venues. Additionally, we recommend going a bit later in the day or purchasing a VIP ticket if you'd like to avoid lineups.
What payment options will vendors be accepting?
This varies from vendor to vendor, and is based on their personal preference. We assume that all vendors will be accepting cash, while some will be also be accepting credit/debit payments.

Who manages this event?
The Pin + Patch Show is hosted by Sparkle Collective and queenie's cards.
It started off as a small pin and patch summer party with 15 of their friends and has since evolved into an annual show with over 50 vendors! We are currently working on the 2020 event, so please stay tuned for updates!
